Purpose of the processing of personal data
We process personal data in the context of data avoidance and data economy only to the extent and for as long as it is necessary for the use of our website, or as required by law.
If the purpose or legal basis for data processing ceases to apply and the statutory storage period has expired, the data collected will be deleted or blocked if the statutory storage period still applies. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent or a legal basis.
Your rights as a data subject
You will receive information (Art. 15 EU-GDPR) free of charge at any time about the personal data stored by us about your person as well as the origin, the recipient and the purpose of the data processing. You also have the right to request rectification (Art. 16 EU-GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 EU-GDPR) or erasure (Art. 17 EU-GDPR) of your data. This does not apply to data that is stored on the basis of statutory provisions or is required for the proper conduct of business. You have the right to object to the processing of your data (Art. 21 EU-GDPR) and the right to data portability (Art. 20 EU-GDPR).

You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time with effect for the future. Processing that took place before the revocation is not affected.
If data is not covered by a statutory archiving obligation, we will delete your data at your request. If the archiving obligation applies, we block the use of your data.

On your request we will delete your personal data immediately. If you request the deletion of the personal data processed within the scope of your inquiry (via contact form or e-mail), it may, however, no longer be possible to process your request.
Security
We have taken technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorised access. All our employees and all persons involved in data processing are obliged to comply with the EU-GDPR, the Federal Data Protection Act (new) and other data protection-relevant laws and to handle personal data confidentially.
SSL Encryption
Our website uses SSL encryption when transmitting confidential or personal content of our users. This encryption is activated, for example, during the processing of payment transactions as well as for inquiries that you make to us via our website. Please make sure that SSL encryption is activated for corresponding activities from your side. The use of encryption is easy to recognize: The display in your browser line changes from “http://” to “https://“. Data encrypted via SSL cannot be read by third parties. Please transmit your confidential information only if SSL encryption is activated and contact us if in doubt.
Third party content and services
The services on our website may also include content, services and benefits from other providers that complement our offer. Examples of such services are maps from Google Maps, YouTube videos or graphic representations of third parties. Accessing these services from third parties regularly requires the transmission of your IP address. This enables these providers to perceive your user IP address and also to store it. We make every effort to include only those third party providers who use IP addresses solely for the delivery of content. However, we have no influence on which third party provider may store the IP address. This storage may serve statistical purposes, for example. Should we become aware of storage processes by third parties, we will inform our users of this fact immediately. In this context, please also note the special data protection declarations for individual third-party providers and service providers whose services we use on our website.
You will also find them in this privacy policy.
Google Maps plugin
We use a plugin of the internet service Google Maps on our website. The operator of Google Maps is Google Inc, located in the USA, CA 94043, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View. When you use Google Maps on our website, information about the use of this website and your IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and also stored on this server. We have no knowledge of the exact content of the transmitted data, nor of its use by Google. The company denies in this context the connection of the data with information from other Google services and the collection of personal data. However, Google may transfer the information to third parties. If you deactivate Javascript in your browser, you prevent Google Maps from running. You will then not be able to use a map display on our website. By using our website, you declare your consent to the described collection and processing of information by Google Inc. For more information about the privacy policy and terms of use for Google Maps, please visit https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.
XING plugin
On our website, we use functions of XING, a network that is particularly interested in promoting professional contacts among its members. The provider of this network is XING AG. It is located at Dammtorstraße 29-32 in 20354 Hamburg, Germany. Whenever one of our pages is called up that has XING functions, a connection to XING servers is established. We have no knowledge that XING stores personal data. To the best of our knowledge, XING does not evaluate or store IP addresses. If you would like more information about XING’s data protection policy, you can access the XING data protection statement by clicking on the link https://www.xing.com/app/share?op=data_protection. There you can also find out more about the XING Share button.
Google Web Fonts
This page uses so-called web fonts, which are provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display text and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google’s servers. This enables Google to know that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font is used by your computer.
For more information about Google Web Fonts, please visit https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/ .

We will update this policy from time to time to protect your personal information. You should review this policy from time to time to stay informed about how we protect your information and continually improve the content of our website. By using the website, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy for the protection of personal data.
If you have any questions regarding these data protection provisions, please contact our data protection officer mentioned above.
